Basketball!
I love everything about it.
The sounds of the squeaky sneakers scratching the floor - that smooth selfless assist to score the extra point - the swish of the net- add Dwayne Wade to the mix
and I am a goner.
From the NBA to a high school gym I am a captivated fan.
Ex - after Little C's wrestling practices we would walk by the gym and sometimes the high school team would be in the middle of a game.
Little C and I would look at one another and know that we would be a little late getting home, as we headed for a seat in the bleachers.
This season I received my own little piece of heaven when I was called to be the YW coach.
These ladies did so well - improved a ton - and earned the 3rd place spot in the tournament.
We went on a video scavenger hunt - super hilarious.
The girls had to rap to a stranger, order something at the drive thru that wasn't on the menu (ex: whopper at McDonalds), convince a safe looking stranger to propose to you... and so many more.
This is my friend Terisha who was the other "responsible adult" at the party.
She is moving to Utah next week though - how rude is that? :)

See, you don't look like a bug - you look as young as the girls you're sharing your basketball skills with. You're one talented girl!
Why can't you be in our ward??? Everyone here is so serious!
Do you know how out of sorts I would be coaching ANY sport? I LOVE to watch basketball too, but don't ask me to play or be involved in any way. It sounds like you had fun! :-)
So I really didn't notice that you were in the picture until I looked closely and realized that you just fit it. Isn't that awesome to have three children and still look like a young women! Go our genetic heritage that makes us look young. Could you please encourage little C to wrestle still? Just for me :)
I think I'm jealous. Sounds a lot funner than having 15 13-year-olds on Sunday morning. Thanks for keeping me smiling...
Cami..I miss having you in our ward and I miss when you were Brendan's teacher and you made me laugh. I really need to read your blog more often because I can have those laughs back. Your boys are stinking cute and I hear you on the big melons...my baby has a monster one! Doesn't that mean they will be smart? I also hear you on the man parts...Karsten's disappears so often that I wonder if it still exists...
