Do you have things that just hurt you? Finger nails scratching down a chalk board, freak out kind of pain?

Totes, adorbs, selfie, bestie....
 these words provide exactly the type of pain described above in my life. Like - make me feel uncomfortable  - try to hide the look of torment on my face when someone drops one of these delights while in conversation with me- hurt.

I love words. 

These aren't words. 

At least they weren't until America decided they were living in The Uglies Series by Scott Westerfeld and had to use the most obnoxious language alive.

Do you know what the Webster's Dictionary word of the year is?

SELFIE.

For the love people. You're all pretty. S.T.O.P.

And now you've made selfie a word.

And I cry at night.
The Beloved cries at night too but for a very different reason.
Two names -
Delilah (radio show host)
and Mark Johnson from Channel 7 news.
Oh the distaste he has for them is strong.
He calls it hate.
I'm going to call it something different to make him look better. :)
Have you ever met or overheard someone that just drives you nuts and you're not exactly sure why but you kind of want to take a stapler to their face? 
Me neither... (well maybe)
but The Beloved definitely has.
Delilah's Christmas song broadcast is for sure killing him softly.
He even came home and googled,
"Why is Delilah so dumb?"
and the poor fellow got nothin'.
His hope is that he is not alone.
Any Delilah haters out their please comment. :)
That is his only Christmas wish.
