Could They Be More Beautiful? I Think Not.

They're Back!

 I love their company, 

their teasing, 

their faces, 

their hugs. 

their kindness and 

the love they dish out unceasingly. 

I imagine it is bittersweet returning home from a mission. 

Exchanging one goodness for another.

I know the people who became family to them in D.C. must be feeling a piece missing from their lives - 

as my parents surely do for them.

But, I am so glad they're back. 

My Uncle Kerry and Uncle Monte worked together to arrange a family -welcome- home party at the church. 

I will always feel so blessed for the example my extended family offers in their love and support. 

If there is an event - they will be there. 

Even if they have to travel far.

They have taught me family is worth it. Relationships are worth it.

We even had a little get together at my abode for card playing and soup.

In between parties Shanny and I took the time to dye some pink streaks in her little gal's hair..

And Moo endured and maybe even liked the ponytails Aunt Shanny bestowed upon his head.

My children were reunited with hot chocolate tea party - which is a family favorite that involves singing songs while pouring hot chocolate with their favorite Buckabu.

How blessed I am to call them mine.
